Short Film funded by Just So Postcards
Touching ground for the first time in weeks, sailors while away their day off at the Seafarers Centre, Felixstowe (Britain’s largest container port). In this strange waiting room, some spend their moments on land connecting with loved ones at home, while others explore the souvenirs offered by a country they will never really visit.
Seafarers was comissioned by Just So Films Postcards strand, and premiered on New York Times Op Docs.
